MaryFrances Carey has life-long roots in Francestown, she spent summers here as a child and for more than a decade has made her home here year round.  A former teacher, past Francestown Planning Board member and past member of the Board of Adjustment. MaryFrances is a Trustee of the Francestown Library and was one of the founders of The Francestown News. She LOVES selling real estate in an area she feels so enthusiastic about!

    Charlie Pyle

Charlie has brought his years of experience in the world of finance to the real estate business.  Originally from the Boston area, Charlie has made his home is New Hampshire for over 15 years and, in his words, has changed from a "city kid" to an enthusiastic resident of one of our area's fine small towns. In the community, Charlie chairs the town's budget committee and ZBA and is treasurer of the Francestown Historical and Improvement Society.

    Rosemary Gallagher

We were thrilled when Rosemary brought her 25 years' experience in New Hampshire Real Estate to Country Brokers. She knows the market and how to properly represent and sell country properties. She is especially enchanted by the many antique homes in our area. Our whole community is enriched by Rosemary's work as a C.A.S.A. volunteer.

Mary is considered by many to be one of the true Gurus of NH Real Estate. She has served as president of the local Board of Realtors, a Director of (and early advocate for) the Northern New England Real Estate Network, and is a lifetime member of the Honor Societies of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS and of the Contoocook Valley Board of Realtors. Mary has had a long and active involvement with the Town, having served on the Conservation Commission and the Francestown Village Water Company. She was also a member of the Francestown Women's Guild.

    Sarah Pyle

Sarah joined Country Brokers after years in the advertising and marketing fields. As well as listing and selling real estate, Sarah owns and manages Country Brokers. She also has served on the board of our state-wide MLS technology committee, NNEREN. In our community, she is an editor and founder of THE FRANCESTOWN NEWS and serves on the Francestown Planning Board. She is a lifetime member of the Francestown Historic & Improvement Society and The Old Meeting House.
